Halone and Pryce's first meeting

Halone sighed as she sat under a tree during the heat of the day.
The sun was high above the looming mountain range and the lake afew metres ahead of Halone looked like it was getting smaller and smaller, the grass looked like it was moving due to the illusion of the heat, Halone was in the cool under the umbrella of tree leaves.
"There's nothing to do"
Halone growled to herself quietly out of frustration and boredom.
"I don't know where Bonira is and Mochuisle is with her other friends..they are all terrible"
Halone sighed drowsily, in the distance she heard a snare triggered
"Poor bastard"
Halone said she didn't really give a crap about a total stranger in a snare, it didn't concern her.
Over the other side of the lake afew feraleo's, a hybrid of lion and human, coming slowly towards Halone, she was a feralupus and a group of feraleo's were out of her league in a fight.
"Looks like its time to move"
Halone thought to herself

Like Halone could be bothered anyways.

Halone sighed agian and dragged herself to herself and got into the forest before the feraleo's even knew she had been there.

Out of sheer boredom Halone decided to go over to where she had heard the snare be set off, she walked along a path beaten hard by many different creatures walking across it and she ventured of the path and into the quickly thickening undergrowth and then reached a clearing where the snare had been set off.    

The gryphon infront of her was hanging by his back left foot on a tree branch, the snare coiled right around his ankle, the gryphons fur was murky black with a light grey beak and a white stripe under his eyes, the burning sun rays that had managed to slash through the trees illuminated his fur, his wolf like tail flopped awkardly over his back and his wings hung loosely by his sides. Halone took afew steps foward out of curiosity and the gryphon's pierced ears pricked up and the gryphon's head and half of its body awkwardly turned to face Halone.

"Hello..do you mind getting me outta this clorty trap?"
The unfamiliar gryphon said grinning shly, Halone circled behind the gryphon
"Somebody's Scottish"
Halone smiled craftily
"You got anything agiasnt it sassenach?"
The gryphon asked, turning as much as possible, which wasn't alot, to face Halone who shook her head with her eyes closed
"Do I even need to bother answering that? what's your name?"
Halone asked with a bored tone
"My names Pryce, I'm a shadow demon"
The gryphon said smiling proudly
"You mind getting me doon now?"
Pryce said getting impatient, Halone was occupied staring up at Pryce's junk.
"Nah..I'm just gonna enjoy the view for a minute"
Halone said smirking, it took Pryce afew seconds to reliase what Halone meant.

"You get me doon and you can do more than just stare at it"
Pryce said purring, Halone turned and growled at me, then she saw the scars on his chest.
"Where'd you get them from?"
Halone asked
"From a Eeejit called Leiden"
Pryce replied
"Do you wanna kiss it better?"
Pryce smirked
"No! piss off"
Halone gasped embarrassed.

"What's yer name bonnie hen?"
Pryce asked
"Halone"
Halone replied
"Can you get me doon? I can't feel ma ankle"
Pryce pleaded with Halone
"Awright..just stop with all this scottish junk. I can barely understand you Alba"
Halone said and looked at the snare figuring out how to set Pryce free
"Aye..Alba? Where'd that come from?"
Pryce asked
"Alba is scottish for Scotland..it.. suits you"
Halone said shyly
"Aye..yeah Alba..I could get used it that"
Pryce said and then Halone stood up in her back legs and with her front paws she dug her claws onto Pryce's belly, Pryce winced slightly
"The hell you doing?!"
Pryce exclaimed
"Getting you doon"
Halone said, mimicking his accent perfectly.

Halone saw where the wire was caught around his ankle, she looked at it for afew seconds and decided her fangs couldn't brake it then she shifted into human form and cut the wire with her knife and Pryce fell down and landed onto the forest floor in a heap of fluffy fur.  

"Ta Halo"
Pryce said stretching out his paws
"Don't mention it"
Halone said and started to walk back to her den
"Hey! You just gonna leave me here?!"
Pryce asked shocked, Halone turned her head round at face him
"Yeah that was the plan"
Halone replied
"You...you can't just leave me here! I need protection!"
Pryce pleaded
"What you need is a muzzle to stop you talking"
Halone sighed
"Please"
Pryce said with puppy eyes, Halone stared back at him blankly
"Not a chance"
Halone said trying a hide of faint smile, this wolf was more like a baby than an adult, she shook her head and sped walked back to her den.  

Halone got to her den, which was a small cave, by the afternoon and she fell asleep for the rest of the evening and woke up early the next morning, she lied in her den wondering if she should have helped Pryce. She pushed the thought out of her head and got to her feet, she looked out of her den and a wolf's head swung through the top of the den, the familiar black wolf head with a white stripe across his nose and under his eyes and three peircings in each ear.

"Alba!? What the fuck are you doing here!?!"
Halone exclaimed
"I flew here"
Pryce replied, like it was perfectly normal to follow a total stranger to their den
"What the...?"
Halone said confused and surprised
"In my gryphon form I do. I'm a lupogryph"
Pryce replied
"I thought you were a shadow demon?"
Halone asked, getting even more confused
"Shadow demon is more of a general term, I think Lupogryph sounds better"
Pryce said smiling, Halone put her paw on her head
"So what the hell are you, demon or lupogryph?"
Halone said, eyes closed tight with confusion trying to figure it all out
"Ok. Story time.
Basically shadow demons can have three forms their true form with is a mythical  creature, mine is a gryphon, then there's their human form, mine is very pretty, and then there's their shadow form which is the exact same form as the species of the one the shadow demon loves.. so my shadow form is a feralupus"
Alba replied
"So basically I'm a lupogryph and feralupus mix, shadow demon is a simpler term"
Alba said and then jumped down from the top of Halone's den.

"Wait...if the shadow form is the exact same species as the species of the one the demon loves..his shadow form is a ferallupus..oh crap"
Halone thought to herself and the slow realisation hit her  
"Hey! Look who had a lightbulb moment!"
Pryce said excitedly
"Shut it"
Halone said blushing with her ears pinned back.
